A family table, opened to everyone.
Taverna Kyma started as a single table outside a family home near the harbour. Today it's a full terrace, but the rule hasn't changed — everything comes from the market that morning, or it doesn't go on the table.
Our kitchen leans on a handful of recipes passed down through three generations: slow-grilled octopus, lemon-heavy salads, and a fish soup nobody will give out the recipe for.
